  earlier today, i ordered a 12 piece wings. 3 hours later, the food has still not arrived. when i called the restaurant, they said that they were trying to find a driver to deliver my food and they even straight up said that they don't know when my food will be delivered. this is absolutely unacceptable and a terrible way to run a business. i love pizza hut but i will not be using this particular restaurant in the future.

  DO NOT order from here, if you need pizza nearby, I reccomend trying the Dominos on shackelford instead of this place, they always get it right. there are way more professional and functional places to get pizza. 2 times in one week, I tried to make an online order. First time it was delivery. The pizza tracker said my order was confirmed and that they were working on it. After double my estimated wait time, I gave the help desk a call, they told me the order was cancelled because the payment didnt go through, with no explanation as to why (it wasnt because of insufficient funds). The second time, within a week or so, I ordered online but this time I ordered pick up so that the same thing didnt happen. Well when I got to the store, they told me they didnt make my order because they didnt have a specific crust that I ordered. They claimed that they called me about it, but they most definately did not, I recieved no call either time. This location has been a huge waste of time and I will not waste any more time with them. And I will tell anyone not to order here, any chance I get. Do better Tunissa or whatever the GMs name is. I reccomend trying the Dominos on shackelford instead of this place, they always get it right

  5/6/2026 - After placing an order through the app, I went to pick it up and discovered my order was made incorrectly, including issues with the personal pan toppings and wing count. I brought the concerns to store manager Turinna’s attention, but she was rude, dismissive, and refused to properly address the wing count issue while my pizza was being remade. I later observed her leaving from the side of the building. I calmly approached her vehicle to ask about my order and whether another manager was available. Dismissing my inquiry, she reversed her vehicle, stricking me with the driver-side mirror, and drove off the lot. I later spoke with District Manager Andrew Wunderlich, who initially seemed very concerned and apologetic until after speaking with Florissant Police Department. After that, I felt the matter was no longer being handled seriously, and I have yet to receive any meaningful follow-up regarding his investigation. Unfortunately, this location failed to hold the manager accountable or provide a fair resolution. I will continue pursuing this matter through outside channels until it is reviewed impartially.
