  Normally this location is great but tonight, my Big Mac had no toppings on the top bun, and my top patty didn't have any cheese. So half of my Big Mac was plain. Not very enjoyable.

  How and why is it 24 hours if I can’t even pick up an online order I paid for ?? Lady told me they’re only doing door dash and Uber Eats orders.. but I made an online order and you can literally make my food ??? If you’re making orders for delivery drivers why the hell can’t you make the food for the customers picking up their own online order. Makes no sense.

  The play area inside this location was terrible. There were no wipes to wipe the tables, no sanitizer, and trash was everywhere. When asked for wipes I was handed paper towels. SOMEONE did come inside and start cleaning but first impression is everything.

  Jaden who was working today on 4/6 was very helpful and patient with changes we had to make to the order for some fussy kids. He was quick and kids were SO happy! The play place here is a banger. There’s a lower level for little ones under three and the upper area keeps the older ones actively entertained. Food was SO fresh and hot. I can tell they stay busy, but quality is there.

  Not friendly service at all. No greeting when you come in nor when you go to the counter to pick up your food. There was a lady there before me waiting on her order. I don't think I'm coming back to this location. Good customer service is almost extinct 🙄🤔
