  Every time I come here, it takes an extremely long time. I’m here now and I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for a burger, fries, and a drink. Ts is crazy. Edit: I finally got help and the manager was rude and short, after I said excuse me and asked for help. This is the closest McDonald’s near me, but I’m gonna start going out of my way because I’ve been here longer than 40 minutes and I don’t have the energy for the rudeness

  If I could give these people 0 stars I would. I ordered through DoorDash. I ordered three cheeseburgers, one double cheeseburgers, six piece, chicken, nugget and fries with a drink. When I got my order, only thing I had in there was the drink two cheeseburgers in the fries. So I texted Doordash and told them that I was missing the other items that I did not previously named and they said that the store gave them the wrong order twice and also try to argue with them. How professional. Then I ended up calling the store and told her that I was missing things and they said “There is nothing that we can do. I will have to take that up with Doordash support”. And it’s like do you not care about your customers so I’m trying to find a way to get in contact with someone in the higher us because this is not acceptable and I spent my money on this to try to feed my kids and now my kids don’t have anything to eat. This is crazy. They might as well shut this McDonald’s down because they do not care about their customers poor customer service.

  Gave this McDonald's by Hazelwood West HS. A second chance. Bad choice. Even told the manage what happened last time. Fries were Luke warm. Had to take them back. At least my cheeseburgers had pickles on them this time. Not going back.
