I have never had food poisoning in all 28 years of my life 😒 def will not be back to this location or McDonald’s at all! If cfa was open I would’ve went there! DO BETTER

Instead of resolving the issue, the employee argued with them, even though they are only 14–15 years old, and then refused to speak with ME when I asked for a manager while I was conversing on the phone. Because the order was fully paid for and still not being fulfilled, I contacted the Florissant Police Department to report the situation as potential theft or fraud. Interestingly, once I was on the phone with them, the employee suddenly decided to prepare the food.
