I waited almost two hours for my food to be delivered, only to finally call the store and be told they were unable to deliver my order after all. Instead, I was told I would have to come pick it up myself. I asked if the delivery fee could be refunded since I was no longer receiving delivery service, but was told they couldn’t do that. I was also informed that the general manager was on vacation and wouldn’t be available for a week, and that I would need to contact corporate. The lack of communication and unwillingness to resolve a simple issue was extremely frustrating. Customers shouldn’t have to wait hours for an update and then be expected to pay a delivery fee for an order they have to pick up themselves.
