  This is my last time fooling with this location. It’s unfortunate because I like Chipotle and this location is closest to my house but the inconsistency in wait time and product is ridiculous. I placed my order online so that I could get in and out I know the line is long sometimes. I placed the order to be picked up at 7:10 got there at 7:15 ordered wasn’t ready to 7:30. I watched the longlinekeep getting worked down people coming and going and I’m still waiting. The girl doing online orders by herself getting no help then she’s making like 8 bowls at a time and moving at her own pace. This the third time that I have gotten Guacamole that was missing something. I just threw it away. the last time I bought it back they acted like I was crazy because I told them it didn’t taste right I brought back the chips with it and they didn’t even want to replace the chips gone say what was wrong with the chips. Like didn’t just say I had this in my refrigerator waiting to return it. I didn’t even feel like going through the hassle again the stuff should just be right. I have literally heard the employees say “who made the guac cause it might not be right today!” Then the bowl. This time it was packed with product normally they don’t do that but it was missing the green salsa and the steak was inedible it was so hard. This meal could’ve been great but instead it got thrown away and I’ve just made my mind up I’m done with this location. I had complained in the past and nobody cares or reaches out. I had went back with the product and they give you a hard time. Chipotle is not cheap and nobody wants to waste the money. I like the food when it’s right. I’m not super picky I just don’t want an inconsistent product that doesn’t taste good. It would’ve different if the guac was different sometime but it still tasted good. no, that’s not the case! Yall really need to get it together!

  Completely screwed over on an Uber eats order. Does this look like double chicken to anyone that we paid $5 extra for?

  The workers were rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. My order came to $60, and I was charged an additional $7 for queso and $4 for chips. However, when I got home, not only were both bags of chips stale, but the queso I paid for was not included in my order at all. This experience was frustrating and not worth what I paid.
