  100/10 I only have good things to say about my experience. The service of the crew walking around tending to the tables was better than service I’ve received at local sit down restaurants. (Thank you Mike for being so kind to my kiddos) Thank you everyone for offering us a clean and fast food service option. Last thing, the play place is open with no broken equipment!! ✨

  I asked a question about a Teacher's Appreciation week promo I saw online. The manager Ms. Crystal was rude in her response. She instantly said "No", and never took the time to look at my flyer. When I asked a second time she was ruder, saying "well we aren't doing that at this location", with extreme attitude as if I had offended her. I am disappointed as I usually have a pleasant experience. I guess she was having a hard day.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience — by far the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever visited. I arrived about an hour before closing, but the staff was already acting as if the restaurant was shut down. The dining area was chaotic: employees rushing around, loudly cleaning, spraying chemicals near guests, moving furniture, and creating a very uncomfortable environment. It felt like customers were an inconvenience. I placed a Table Order and waited around 20 minutes. No one checked on me, no updates, no communication. Eventually I discovered that my order had been placed on the pickup shelf without any notification. By that time, the food was completely cold. This is not a minor mistake — it’s a complete failure of basic service. Food quality was alarming. The chicken appeared undercooked, which raises serious food safety concerns. The fries were tiny, dry, and clearly low quality. Cleanliness was also an issue. The restroom was dirty, the floors were sticky, and the overall condition of the restaurant felt neglected. This location clearly lacks management oversight and does not meet Chick-fil-A standards. I strongly believe this store needs immediate review for both service and food safety compliance. I would not recommend this location.

  This place started off amazing and that’s because I’m assuming they borrowed management from other top performing teams. Recently management only at this location tends to have an out of policy attitude with customers going as far as to roll eyes at people. I made a mistake in giving back my good because they put the wrong name on the order. Instead of apologizing to me for the mixup, the manager instead got an attitude and began to argue . I even apologized for frustrating her. I should not have had to apologize for HER attitude and seemingly general contempt for her job. I only apologized that i further caused mixup by handing the food back.
