Short line but 25 minute wait makes no sense !yall just talking with each other and laughing and not actually doing your job? People have places to go and things to do and none of us go to 7 brew to sit in a line for a long time🙏.

Been to quite a few 7brew at this point, this one was probably the slowest I've been to, but the staff were all very friendly and my drink was made correctly.

Alert: If you are ALERGIC to bees or other flying bugs there is a high chance that it will end up in you hot coffee or chiller drink! My wife had a bee in her coffee today and she is highly allergic to them. It could have possibly ended in her death. I went to complain to the Supervisor and they couldn't even refund the money on the drink. They just gave me two free drink cards. The problem is they are negligent. They tie the bug curtains open, so every flying bug can make their way in there! BUYER BEWARE! Service is nothing like it was when they first opened up. As far as the Ambiance all you hear is loud rap music. I can barely hear the order taker. Also, after ordering they watch the screen when you push a button for tip. I used to tip... but because of the bee situation in the coffee today I will no longer will be supporting this business!

I came here on a rainy night & felt a bit rushed while ordering. I explained to the worker this was my 2nd visit & really didn’t know what to order. I just knew I wanted something sugar free & sweet. She seemed nice, but wasn’t sure. So my drink came out disgusting! With so many drink options, the workers should be a bit more knowledgeable. I really wanted to like this place.

I have been going to this location for a year now and I will keep going. I do not think the long wait times are due to staff messing around I think it’s a busy location! You have to know what times people frequent the location and plan accordingly. One time I was almost late for work and sat for 40 minutes. Clearly someone had called off or they were understaffed. I think the manager or owner of this location should track peak times and put more people on the schedule. I love the music and the vibes - my drinks are always correct. They deal with my crazy dog who loves his pup cups. Whenever I have a question about the menu they help me figure it out. The price for the quality of product can’t be beat. This is for your quick coffee on the go - not your local brewed ethically sourced place - always support those businesses as well.
