  So this is a sad review. However; if I may draw correlation...both of my less than satisfactory experiences with 7brew, have been StL locations: This one today, super load music, loader than an opening day: staff and clients having an exchange so loud I am still not sure if they were fighting or running. We had long ordered; waited, to find out that there were no lids. Had we been told this at the point of ordering, we could have decided to go a different direction. Thank goodness for the Dunkin across the street. They gave us cups and lids to transfer our hot drinks into. This is an expensive franchise to be having supply issues. This is an expensive franchise to be having a staff that is wild n out. Sorry to have to rate this location so low.

  They workers are great personality wise which is why I keep going back. But I pay too much money for them to mess up a simple order and they do take a while even when the line is short

  Worst experience!! I come here for the convenience but the drinks are sometimes inconsistent, there’s only a few staff members that’s are actually nice to you, Maggie treated me like a idiot when I was just asking questions so that my order next time would be better, I didn’t know that when you order a medium 4 shots of espresso with oat milk and cold foam that they only put two scoops of milk and that the cold foam does just dissolve and I also asked her how the cold foam is made there she replies with “I don’t know ma’am I wasn’t in there when they made it” I am always kind to the staff and always tip because of how hard they work but to be treated so terribly by the workers really hurt my feelings today. I hate complaining and I usually just let it go because it’s busy but this is was just terrible.

  I want to like this location but it doesn’t compare to the other locations. Each time i come here im waiting 30+ minutes for my drink. I could drive a little further out and get better and faster service.

  We love 7 Brew one of our favorite little treats we do from time to time. The baristas are always friendly and I love when we have an extra minute just to chat it up while waiting on our drinks. I will say I’ve found the drinks are not always made consistently, not sure if it depends on who is making them or how much of a rush they are in, but sometimes it’s amazing and others meh.
