  Went there on a promotional day and they were super quick and friendly!! Ree took my order and got me taken care of. Liz was at the window and she was super kind while I was waiting for my drinks!!

  LOVE this location! The brew crew is always full of energy and extremely friendly. I visit about once a week with a carful of girls and puppy and we look forward to saying hi to everyone. Drink suggestions are always great. I don’t even like to visit Starbucks anymore because it’s not the same experience. Keep it up Florissant!

  I wanted to love this location due to its proximity but my recent visits have been unfortunate. I was waiting for my drink at the window, and the young lady handing drinks to lane 1 began assisting her colleague by picking items up off the restaurant floor that had fallen. As this is happening the other staff in the background are noting how “lucky” they are that the floor isn’t sticky and wet today. After the lane window 1 staff picked items up off the floor with her bare hands for 5 minutes, she turns without missing a beat and grabs my drink and hands it to me with a blank stare. I recommended she wash her hands next time before handing customers food items and touching the nasty floor. This location is in serious need of manager supervision with the amount of teenagers working who may not know how to do these things yet. The music is always blasting so you can’t hear yourself ordering, and they just turn the iPad screen towards you - instead of listening to take your actual order. I hope professionalism returns to North County soon.

  The lady who took my order was great! However, I would be highly unsatisfied if I pulled up to a business that I own, to hear trap music being played loudly by the workers. It wasn’t a good look on the workers or the business itself because it comes off very unprofessional. People take note of these things, so just something to think about when hiring young teenagers.

  The young lady was very nice and patient. I had never been. I knew what I wanted but didn't see it on the menu. I felt like I was holding her up not being ready. She assured me I was fine and explained I could have whatever I wanted they would make it. She even gave several choices she liked. I am going to return & grab a couple gift cards so I can get a couple free drink cards. This is my new favorite coffee spot.
