I love 7 Brew with a passion but what keeps me coming back is the staff! I absolutely love visiting locations and meeting the staff. My dachshund and I go 3-4x a week. The girl in the drive through right lane passing out drinks was so kind and just the most amazing person! I hope to come by sometime again and catch her again while she’s working. I don’t know her name (you guys should do name tags :) ) but she had brown hair and a nose piercing with 2 rings. I will definitely be coming many more times!

Went through the long line, ordered two drinks. They said they made them wrong and accidentally put dairy in them. Had us pull to the side for them to remake them. Came out to give us our money back but said we needed to go through the line again and order again if we wanted anything.

The world’s literal slowest location. Every single time we come, we’re waiting at least 10-15 minutes for one singular coffee, and watching the staff sit there and chit chat. Giving customers dirty looks when they ask what’s taking so long.

They started out so good and now they are really starting to show they don't care if you're happy with what you order. 3 times now drinks have been messed up and we don't complain. Just leave and then don't go back for awhile thinking maybe things have gotten better, soooo we try again and it's the same. Very disappointed and really not sure I want to go back anymore.
