  I tried the pan pizza and it seems that the crust was cheese because most of it had fallen off and every time I reach to pick up the pizza I was hitting sauce instead of crust. But it was delicious with the parmesan cheese on it

  Currently 9:13pm, ordered at 7:05. Still no food. Called the location, got an answer just to be hung up on mid sentence

  On July 15th I came in for a doordash order, young lady turned looked at me, turn back around, like I wasn't even standing there, I stood for like 13 minutes, never came over, soon as a young man walk in,she take his order, like I wasn't standing there,I just let her know, I've been standing here almost 15 minutes he just walked through the door, start going off sayin, what you say I ignore you? Tryin to provoke a situation, I did ask her young lady why are you being so nasty,me being 55 years old, I just walked out and they unassigned the order, this young lady was tryin her best to be confrontational,but I know how these younger people can make situations worser,I got too much to lose, the next day I get an order, was very skeptical of taking it due to her, but just hoped she might not be there, or wouldn't recognize me, but she did ,the instant smirk on her face, I didn't trip off of it at the time, she came over this time, what do you need, I showed her the doordash order, she gets on the phone,leave me standing there for a while, I finally asked her what was wrong with the order, she told me it had already been picked up, but I had already looked through the sign-in book that was on the counter, it was never picked up, then she proceeded to get on the phone and call doordash, whispering while I was standing there? I couldn't hear her,but my gut told me somethings not right, so I just told her I'mma just leave and I left, it was so obvious my 7-year-old grandson, kept sayin granny why she keep looking at you like that? but comes to find out, she called doordash and lied on me, told them we had an altercation? So they end up removing the order, at the time I didn't really know what happened, but now when I think back the pleasure on her face, getting my order removed from me with lies, I filed a complaint with doordash, and I also filed a complaint on her, I work hard for every penny, just to be lied on because, I just asked her the day before why is she being so nasty, and I'm sure y'all have cameras in your store, yall need to view yall cameras and see this is not true, I left to avoid anything,and I'm sure I'm not the first from what I heard, doordash is an income for y'all, just like anybody else's money, its really sad that she can be that evil towards an stranger, somebody that's old enough to be her mother,I guess I ruffled her feathers,by telling her the truth with respect, I guess she said she gona mess my day up to get even,I'm just bringing this to y'all attention, cuz what's done in the dark ,gona come to the light, and I'm sure it's not the first time, I refuse to do any business,of any type at yall location, I told them they could send me to any other Papa John's but this one!!!

  Has to be the worst made pizza's ever made by some of the laziest people to ever make them. Lack of toppings, sauce, and cheese with the biggest ring of crust because the ingredients don't even come close to the outer edge. They sent me a card in the mail for a free 2 topping large pizza because the first one wasn't as good as it should have been, but unfortunately the second one was even worse! Save your money, if it's going to be free, then save your time...No where near worth either one of those things!
