This is a conflicted review based on my first time there. I really enjoyed the Cajun chicken pasta, and may come back because of it, but the service is horrible. First, calling it service is wrong, because it's essentially self-service. I walked in about 1:30 for lunch, and customers are given no information how to order. It's like walking into a McDonald's; they assume you know what to do. I went to the counter and asked how to order food and if I could sit wherever (because I presumed there would be some table service at some point while there). I was told to order at the kiosk and to sit wherever. I ordered the $18 Cajun chicken pasta at the kiosk, specified Dine-In, and chuckled when I saw it asking if I wanted to give a tip. I hate restaurants that request a tip before they've done anything worthy of a tip, and it's worse if they don't intend to provide some table service. Mgt, if you're not going to provide service, don't ask for a tip. Not knowing how long it would take to get my food, and noticing that no employee was taking food to seated customers, I waited by the counter. While waiting, one customer that received his to go order looked in the bag and asked where the $1.75 Sprite he bought was. The worker responded that they're out of Sprite, but the worker didn't offer either another drink or a refund. The customer stood there for a second before asking what they did have. After I stood there for a few more minutes I asked how long my order would take. I was told 20 minutes, so I took a seat. Fifteen minutes later they called my order, at least I think they did because the guy calling out orders was staring right at me. I walked up, gave my name, and I asked "Cajun chicken pasta?" He pushed a To Go bag to me and I said "I ordered Dine In." He just nodded and again pushed the bag towards me. I took the bag back to my table, took out the order and saw it was a Chicken Philly with fries. I took it the open box back to the counter and said it wasn't my order. Two people asked what I ordered and I said "Cajun chicken pasta." One employee looked at the chicken Philly and asked if that wasn't what I got. Really? I asked her "does that look like pasta?" She replied "No" and took the box without an apology. I understand order mix ups, but there was no acknowledgement of an error, or a suggestion that she would get my order. Not one minute later as I remained at the counter, the guy that I just told what item I was waiting on stapled a To Go bag and called out my name, as if I wasn't standing right in front of him. I said (again) "Cajun chicken pasta?" He nodded and I again said I ordered Dine-in. Of course once again he just pushed the bag towards me. I returned to my seat and ate lunch out of a plastic container with plastic utensils. One final note about the atmosphere. I didn't understand the three TVs, each just showing Cathy with famous people. Ego check? That's not exactly customer focused. Obviously this was a disappointing visit at a restaurant I had on my "Want to go" list for awhile. I really enjoyed the dish, but I expected to receive some service as a dine-in customer, especially when they're asking $18 plus a tip for a dish that's just pasta, chicken, and a Cajun sauce.

Ok here we go... This rating isnt personal I like Cathys personality on fb and her recipes so when I visited St Louis I went to her restaurant just to be dissatisfied. 1st off we waited approximately an hour aftr ordering and we weren't alone! And they also had the nerve to NOT put EVERYTHING in the bag!!! Ive had tastier beans & rice. My fish was ok shrimp was good. Cant tell u about my coleslaw bc I didnt receive it. I think I'll stop here but trust me I could say more
