  Charged my card twice, two different amounts. I tried to call, they never answer the phone and voice mail is full, of course.

  FRAUD ALERT!!! went there on 4/23 Ordered 2 subs with 2 bottled teas Was charged twice for this order I spent 28.10 and then another charge shows up for 25.40 tried calling.. Got voice mail thats full or not set up

  Well first things first. I made an online order @ 8:15 at the gravois bluff location. The website says they closed at 9 and most places don’t take online orders 30 minutes before closing but my order was immediately canceled by the store. I only ordered 2 sandwiches. I drive up there to see why the canceled my order and just decided that I’ll order them again when I get there bc their store apparently doesn’t close until 9. I get there at 8:25 and their doors are locked and the employee acts like she doesn’t see me at the window. I look at their hours of operation and see that the store actually operates until 10pm 7 days a week. I order the sandwiches the next day to which both of them I had paid for extra toppings that had not been included on the sandwiches and the ingredients tasted a bit “off”. Not normal. The employees take their sweet time doing things too. I will not be eating at this subway ever again. They seem to operate under their own conditions.

  The store is always clean and well stocked and the owner is always friendly and helpful.
