  Yet another great place being ruined by staff who do not care. After giving them the benefit of the doubt so many times and biting my tongue, I am done with this location. Ordered a burger with extra lettuce and extra pickles. Received a burger with a small sprinkle of lettuce and an INSANE PILE of pickles stacked so high they soaked everything in the bag, including the box of my husband's burger and the bag itself. It also had a crazy amount of mayo. Soggy and inedible. They ignored our first few phone calls. Then when I was finally able to speak with a manager he assured me everything is looked over before it goes out. I told him this was not. He offered to make a new one, but when I told him we aren't wasting the gas to drive out a second time, he said "I dont know what else to tell you." Will not be wasting any more money here, which is a big disappointment. Do better, guys.

  Missing bacon on my bacon cheeseburger, food was disappointing in quality, even for being fast food. Was not able to eat my burger because of the quality being less than that of a larger competitor. Meat for both burgers and kids hot dog seemed to be undercooked. Not sure if you guys changed the meats or what, but very largely disappointed.

  Helpful service and delicious food! It was difficult to order because of audio issues, and we had to wait until the server came out to pay with a credit card. But overall it was a pleasant experience!

  Something was off with the burger, it was better once I removed 1 side of the bun, most of the mayo/ketchup and tomato, which was on the brink of going bad. This was a 1st for me at Sonic.
