  Ordered through the app. One pizza was made wrong. Ordered sausage and got pepperoni. Tried to call the store and it goes to a call center. Lady says nobody at the store is picking up and she has other lines to answer. Hang up and call back. Guy says you’ll have to call later. Terrible customer service!!!!!! Never again!

  They did great. Something did ring up incorrectly but the manager worked it out immediately.

  Dine-in pizza served in a to-go box. Ant infestation at the soda machine. Outdated decor. Dirty, dingy interior. Not great for dinner-in.

  We went inside to pick up and took forever to be greeted, even when there was only one other customer. Kid got icing on his finger, licked it off, then he continued to package the food without washing his hands. A girl Dropped wings she was shaking on the floor (within package) then shrugged and went to serve it. Multiple health violations were violated right in front of us through the window. I will never be going to the Fenton location again after the bad customer service and the health violations they didnt care to do in front of us.
