  Over 20 mins just for bagels, and is never staffed enough to handle orders Step it up Panera!

  Service isn’t that good and they’re extremely slow. I remember going in there for the first time and waiting 20 minutes for my food after I’d already ordered my food online 15 minutes prior. And my food just sat there, and I went to grab it and one of the workers told me not to touch it and walked away and I’m like excuse me? He then came back just to tell me they no longer had the pastry I originally ordered and to choose something else. My smoothie sat there for so long it was pure milk. That was my first and last time going to that location.

  Don't ever come here, they are extremely extremely slow. Ordered a Frontega Chicken from the drive thru window, told to pull around by front door 15 minutes later still nothing. Extremely extremely slow.

  Used to visit this location all of the time. We went through the drive thru last night and ordered 2 pick-twos, which was $29!. I was appalled at the price, I know everything is going up, but that seemed ridiculous. I got a half sandwich with a ceaser salad and the salad was about 20 pieces of lettuce, some parmesan, and 12 croutons. That was a disappointment and rip-off. We will not be going to Panera again.

  Love being able to stop here and get some coffee and relax before my next meeting. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I appreciate being able to get the consistent coffee that I enjoy and able to get a spot to read and relax.
