  Just ordered from here for the first time. There were many mistakes with my order. 2 out of 3 sandwiches were made wrong and was given the wrong chips. Disappointed.

  Make sure you order online. Taking orders from customers is not their strong suit. Asked for pickles and for the sandwich to be cut in half. Ended up with an extra $1.62 pickle cut in half with my sandwich. I'm just going to continue to go to W a l l y s for lunch. It's cheaper for more meat anyway.

  This Jimmy John's might make history and be the first over 4 stars in the St. Louis area. Can't complain, quick and good. Staff is friendly enough, a few of them are very authentic/personable and it's refreshing in the fast food industry. Keep it up!

  Phenomenal Service and Spotless Store! I had a fantastic experience at this Jimmy John’s! The food was fresh, fast, and delicious as always 😉, but what really stood out was the incredible service! A worker named Zoe was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly nice, welcoming, and brought such a positive energy to the whole restaurant. On top of her great attitude, I noticed how thoroughly she cleans! She makes sure the place is absolutely spotless, which is so reassuring to see. Its rare to find someone who works so hard with such a great smile on their face. Kudos to Zoe for making my visit excellent! I will definitely be back.

  I have never left a review before but I have been to this Jimmy Johns off of Bowles Ave in Fenton about 4 times now and every time the food and service was great! This may be the best fast food and service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Each time I come the staff is very polite and they do a great job making your sandwich. I definitely recommend this Jimmy Johns and once again if a corporate person reads this, this is the best Jimmy Johns or fast food place I have ever been too!
