  I have now been here three different times three different weeks and every time I come right at dinner time they’re sold out or out of roast beef. How is Arby’s who sells a lot of roast beef out of roast beef. I will no longer go to this establishment and Would tell people if they are to call and make sure they got food

  Ordered a French dip sandwich meal and a kids tender meal, along with a 4pc mozzarella sticks. After about 15 minutes (being generous) in the drive thru behind two cars, 10 more minutes at the window, THEN I get told to pull around into a handicap spot. Not the side or near the front but the big girl specifically said handicap spot. Then I waited 15 more minutes before going inside and once she made eye contact with me she was able to put my order together and give it to me in about 2 minutes. The sandwich was obviously made a long time ago and looked like it was either stepped on or sat on by said employee. I’m sure the owner will give me the same copy and paste response but Arby’s is supposed to be better than these other places man

  Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes for a roast beef sandwich. There was 1 person in front of me. Took 10 minutes to even get their card and give them their drinks. The woman working drive through payed 0 attention nor cared to acknowledge the wait. 7-13-26 at 7 PM.
