  last night a young blonde and a woman named gina were working when i went in to pick up my pizza and were absolutely rude as hell, i ordered 2 orders of peppercinis with each order coming with 3-5 peppers each, total i had 2 peppers so i went back in and asked if i could have a few more, the young blonde out loud counted “ 1, 1 and a half,” “ is one and a half enough” and laughed out loud.. im not sure what the issue was with me asking for food that i paid for that they didnt supply me with, but the little girl thought she was so funny! i wont be going back

  Disgraceful, don't expect them to correct their mistakes that YOU pay for. Expect a rude and uncooperative manager to expect you to pay another delivery charge for the pizza they got wrong!!! Uncalled for and very unprofessional behavior!!! Papa John's should be ashamed of the level of customer service that was provided tonight!!

  Everytime I get papa John’s here it’s always really good! I came in and Isiah was running back and forth like a mad man but still had time to come up to me and get my order to me and was very polite!

  Their philly cheese steak pizza is out favorite and adding cheese stuffed crust is top tier. Their cheesy bread sticks are also really good!

  Ordered 2 large 2 topping thin crust pizzas and an order of wings. The wings were okay, that's why the 1 star. The pizza crust tasted bland and was overcooked.When picking up the food there was an employee rolling the dough who had to stop and show another employee what to do with cheese, and then helped another at the cash register and then went back to making pizzas without washing their hands.Wont be back,I have had better pizza from the frozen section at the local grocery store.
