  Food is good and getting order is pretty quick. BUT....getting your order taken is rediculous! No one acknowledges you. They see you standing at the counter. Just walk by. No "I will be right with you", nothing. They all do this including the manager. This has happened several times. Won't be back again. If they would just show some kind of acknowledgement, that would change things. Just not good customer service.

  the main problem I have with this KFC is that they're always out of original recipe l chicken every time I try to order it in the app it's not worth going to anymore I canceled my order still waiting on money to go back into the account 😡

  Lobby is nice. Food leaves alot to be desired. Here is a comparison of the advertisement vs what you actually get on the $7 box "feast". I get the snickers isn't a big sandwich but these are the tiniest little nuggets ive ever seen

  I just went through the Taco Bell here in Excelsior Springs and I gave them a $50 between two ladies one older one younger they could not figure out how much changed to give me she gave me change for $20 and I told her it was a 50 they got out calculators on their phone twice and gave me the wrong amount twice unbelievable
