  I checked the website and it says you can order your chili by the bowl so I went thru drivethru was met by a Hispanic person whose accent i could not understand ,why would you put a person with very poor language skills and then was told we dont serve chili in a bowl and was laughed at ,,,screw excelcior Springs sonic never will I ever go to this smartass place again NEVER ,,,THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSES FOR ANY OF THIS

  Got sonic for lunch today, and I shit you not, literally right as I put my card up, my order was walking to my card. Ive never experienced service THAT fast, and my first assumption was that the food was sitting there, which would make it taste like shit.... but it actually taste fresh... it genuinely tasted good.... never in my 37 years of life have I experienced service that efficient... id give it 10 stars out of 5 if I could. Well done sonic - excelsior springs.

  Disappointing. This is what it has come to for a breakfast burrito. Will not be returning to this location for breakfast.

  You can't order flavors to be mixed into your blast anymore, they just put it on top😕 ordered 3 blasts and none of them were full
