Let me put it this way, no matter under what circumstances, even when there is literally no excuse, they are always, and I mean always going to be slow no mater what. If you go here be prepared to wait 15 minutes per item on your order, assuming it's the middle of the day and you're the only one in both lobby and drive thru.
That being said, that's my main complaint, there is a lot of other stuff but all that's minor, and even the stuff you'd consider to be big is just so barley noticeable. If it wasn't so slow you'd probably not notice most of the stuff I would complain about.
If you're going inside, be aware the kiosks normally do not print receipts, sometimes they do but it seems to be the exception; so if that's something you care about, drive thru or counter is probably a better option, but again, this is one of the minor things, and is subject person to person.
They seem to have a hard time hearing through the drive-thru, but I think that's more of a thing to do with their speakers rather then them, so do please be patient, at least as far as going through drive thru. It could also be the fact that it's right next to a car wash, so it could be background noise that's making it harder for them with the drive thru.
Again, good place, it's mainly just the speed of which it goes that's the main thing.
