  I have been a fan of Arby’s for a long time and defend them against a lot of people who bash their food. However, tonight I stopped by our local location at 5:30 in the evening and ordered the steak bite potato bowl. Here’s the description from the Arby’s website- Tender, smoky steak nuggets served over chopped potato cakes, finished with an herb-butter sauce and melted white American Cooper® Cheese. Served with a choice of sauce. I ordered it with an extra cup of their cheese sauce and I chose ranch as my sauce choice. I also ordered four cheese sticks with marinara. I was not happy when I opened the bowl and it was all dried out. There’s no herb butter sauce or melted white cheese. There’s just a bowl of dried out potatoes stuck together. The thing thag is really disappointing is that I expected it to possibly be dry so I ordered the extra sauces and paid for them. I did not receive the cheese sauce or the ranch or the marinara. This location is horribly managed and needs a change. I still love Arby’s but will never go to this location again.

  Food was good and hot. Ordering was trouble using a free coupon in app. No one knew how to use it. Manager did solve problem though.

  Tastier and healthier than most fast food. Reasonable price and food was ready fast.
