  My wife and I visit this location regularly, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely inconsistent. While the customer service is usually acceptable and most employees are friendly, there are occasional staff members who seem genuinely unhappy to be there. Everyone has off days, so that alone hasn't been a major concern for us. The biggest issue is the consistency of the drinks. My wife orders the exact same beverage every visit, yet it rarely tastes the same twice. Sometimes flavors are completely missing. Other times the drink tastes entirely different from what we expect. Ordering here feels like a gamble because you never know if you're going to receive the drink you actually paid for. Today's visit was, by far, the worst we've experienced. The employee assisting us came across as visibly miserable, and it reflected in every interaction. On top of that, every drink we received tasted noticeably bitter, lacked the expected flavors, or simply tasted incorrect. It was clear that something was off with the preparation. What's frustrating is that when this location gets it right, it's outstanding. The drinks are flavorful, well made, and exactly why we continue coming back. That makes the inconsistency even more disappointing. If the quality and service were reliable from visit to visit, this would easily be a five star location. At this point, it seems there may be a training or management issue affecting consistency. Whatever the cause, I hope it's is addressed because this location clearly has the potential to provide an excellent experience. Unfortunately, it does so far too inconsistently.

  I've had drinks from here several times and have not been disappointed with any of the different ones I've tried. Always flavorful. Service is quick and the employees ate attentive. They definitely make sure you have a straw.

  What can I say !! This place is amazing ! If you haven’t tried the crème brûlée you should 10 out of 10 every time and the young lady in the window special shout out to her for her great customer service !!
