- MMMothMay 10, 20261.0Screwed up our order, made us pay for someone else's by mistake. We only had enough for what we ordered, and the refund was going to take a few days. Okay, fine. But they "couldn't" split the payment of what we had left. They didn't offer us a single solution despite this being entirely their fault. And when my spouse tried to apologize if she seemed a little snappy after canceling the order they straight up walked away instead of even letting her talk. I don't usually write reviews but this was terrible service on an already terrible day being sick. They couldn't offer us anything at all for their mistake?
