  Only two people working today, a couple young men in there and they’re very hard-working, fast and polite. I work for GrubHub and the order I got was huge and I was only like three minutes away and they had it done within five minutes and brought it out to me.. best service I’ve gotten in awhile!

  I’m extremely disappointed with how Jimmy John’s has handled my son’s final paycheck. They have been holding his last check and have still not mailed it, even after we provided his updated address. We’ve called multiple times and are repeatedly told that a manager will call back, but no one ever does. Today, when we called again, the employee simply said, “I only make sandwiches, God bless,” which was dismissive and unprofessional. Employees deserve to be paid promptly and treated with respect. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. Then I get this from the assistant manager-3 minutes after posting my review. I didn’t know who the number was for so I paid to look it up.

  I originally wrote a long negative post about my experience but the store owner reached out, addressed my concerns and assured me they are working on the customer experience and wait times at this location.
