I’m extremely disappointed with how Jimmy John’s has handled my son’s final paycheck. They have been holding his last check and have still not mailed it, even after we provided his updated address. We’ve called multiple times and are repeatedly told that a manager will call back, but no one ever does. Today, when we called again, the employee simply said, “I only make sandwiches, God bless,” which was dismissive and unprofessional. Employees deserve to be paid promptly and treated with respect. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable.
Then I get this from the assistant manager-3 minutes after posting my review. I didn’t know who the number was for so I paid to look it up.

I originally wrote a long negative post about my experience but the store owner reached out, addressed my concerns and assured me they are working on the customer experience and wait times at this location.
Came in around 8:30 this evening
The young gentleman working was absolutely fantastic! He had a wonderful personality, was so kind, and got my sandwich done so fast! Thank you again! Wish I could have gotten his name!

Although they usually get my order right, the wait time for this "freaky fast" food is ridiculously long. It's my own fault for continuing to order from them, but I keep hoping they'll get it faster. They're always understaffed (which I know is NOT the employees' fault), but I should not consistently be waiting over an hour for a sandwich delivery.
Young worker addressed me at the register. Contactless pay was annoying. Asked me about tips and was just bad at contactless pay. Cook gave me my sandwich while the payment device was being a young worker. I was given a very correct sandwich. 5/5 would recommend the beach club. The workers upkeep the place.
