Customer service isn't kind nor patient while I do I understand lunch rushes, basic customer service is still expected. Employees are pushy or unresponsive to requests. Food wise, chips were very stale could not finish. Order was incorrect could not finish. Rice was overcooked, could not finish Everything tasted overcooked, stale, old. First time I could not finish a chipotle meal and it was from this location. I would not recommend coming here at it's current state.

- BPBre PhAug 8, 20261.0DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Went to Chipotle to get a bowl. Couldn't get the associates attention due to them talking to each other. (Mind you there was no line) Once I finally got their attention I continued to repeat myself due to them continuing their side conversation. My sister with me got tacos, they proceeded to fill her tortillas full of salsa, barely any meat. When she asked for a third tortilla to help with the amount of salsa the associate plainly asked "What?" just to turn and continue his conversation, completely ignoring her. I asked for chicken in my bowl and struggled as well to keep the employees attention. Just to then get overcharged for steak that was never asked for... DO NOT RECOMMEND!
