The food was too salty, the chips were hard and stale, the girl working there was not friendly and didn't seem to want to be there. Plus, I couldn't even add my receipt to my rewards balance. Evidently they only accept 4 manually entered receipts per month. Finally, they got rid of the Honey Chipotle Chicken. Terrible! $18 for lunch should not be a disappointment, but it was. I should have gone to Chick fil a.

The mobile app is backed up on orders, 10 people waiting but the front of the house is just standing around yelling everyone that it not their fault the mobile app is backed up. Literally yelling...But not making any orders nobody is in line. I understand it's usually made in the back but there should be an emergency plan for when one line gets overwhelmed. Anyway hope it's used as a coaching experience or saves someone else the hassle...

This location was one of the dirtiest I've seen. 2 of the workers were just sitting down talking while the another lady worked the line. The eating area/dining room had either food sitting on several of the surfaces, the floor, and empty cups just left behind. It wasn't like there was nothing for the workers here to do, the 2 ladies sitting around were just lazy; and they were not busy. The food was just OK, and lukewarm in temperature at best. I won't be returning, only to Trader Joe's and I'll eat somewhere else.

They just kept coming and he kept helping them. I even tried to ask him in the middle. Didn’t pay attention to me. I guess every chipotle is the same. Atrocious to place a pickup order. Qdoba is way better.
