I frequently come to this location and actually travel a little out of the way to come to this one because they have been so good in the past. I ordered my usual bowl, extra rice no beans and double chicken. When I watched the woman serving me put the chicken servings on, she had a full scoop on the spoon at first; I then asked for double and she proceeded to cut that scoop in half and give me another lousy half scoop. As someone that’s actually worked at Chipotle for multiple years (I’m sure they had no idea of that), the portion she gave me was barely enough to be ONE portion of chicken let alone double protein. I kindly asked for a little more chicken on my bowl, knowing it was about to cost $15 and then the woman had a complete power trip. Refusing to even acknowledge how small the portion was on my bowl, then decided to hold up the whole line going to the back to get a scale to start measuring separate chicken to put on a different bowl I guess? I’m not sure what her plan was but I did not feel like arguing about it so I just decided to leave. I went to another location and had a great experience! I’ll be leaving them a good review for sure. It’s sad I won’t be returning to this location anymore due to this one employee I dealt with. I didn’t get her name but it was a middle aged woman with glasses at 11:15 A.M on 5/27/26.
