  Sat at the drive through box for about 15 minutes. Nobody spoke or even attempted to take my order. I Finally left & drove to Jack in the Box.

  Can’t simply press the red button to place an order. Store set up for mobile orders only. Not cool.

  The touch screen ordering was frustrating. It worked, but the screen I used was only partially responsive.

  jadelyn weber is genuinely so rude every time i come through and im not sure why but maybe she needs to worry more about her customer service skills. like i can be as kind as possible and everytime i say hi to her she genuinely gives me the nastiest look and ignores me. not sure how she still has a job there whenever she’s the rudest person on staff. never had a problem with anyone other than her.
