  Sat behind another car for at least 5 minutes in the drive-thru lane only to get to the window and he said it would be several minutes before they could even get to me. Perhaps they are short staffed but that is not good service.

  I never leave reviews, but I felt like this deserved one. I had a delivery for a single cup of soup. Once I received it, it had barely anything in it but liquid. I was so annoyed I paid for a cup of liquid to be delivered so I called up there to tell them how I felt about it. The woman that answered the phone immediately apologized and told me Id have a new one delivered at no charge. Not only was new, fresh soup delivered, there was also chips and a cookie. They went above and beyond with customer service! I work nearby so I will definitely continue going just to give them my business. :)

  Food quality--especially the sandwiches--has deteriorated really badly over the past decade or so. I try it again every 6 months or so and am always disappointed by the ingredients and how it is prepared. I have good memories of this location but it only made me miss the days when they made good quality food.

  Do not order DoorDash from this place They literally screwed the order up every time I order it Today I ordered $100 worth of food They were out of some items that were not marked on the app Charged me for it and then had the DoorDash guy say oh by the way they didn’t have all of your stuff and you want to refund you. You’ve gotta do it through the app. I called the store to complain and the guy said yeah we were just too busy to call you so we would have the DoorDash guy tell you Something this stupid happens every time I order from them I guess it’s my fault for hoping maybe they got it figured out No complaints with the food but good Lord I don’t know if it’s the employees or their system or a combination of both But this is a level of incompetence that has to be worked for not just accidental.
