We stood there for 10min waiting to order while both female employees proceeded to make other orders (likely to go & valid) but it would be decent to give some communication and speak to your customers. The lack customer service gives the atmosphere a negative star in my book.

(come on it's not that hard to make rice, )chicken was burnt, hard and rubbery and fatty my daughter got a steak burrito with hard rice and the girl who wrapped it needs more training my daughter opened the silver wrapper and it all fell in her lap thank the lawd above we were done with our appointments . Really disappointed. Chipotle in West oak shopping center on olive was horrible folks beware.

Totally offensive and inappropriate. Food was great but we won't be back!
