  Took my parents to Bristol’s tonight for their anniversary. Our waiter was awful. Service was incredibly slow which was comical considering how few patrons were in the restaurant. Dishes were oddly paced. My steak was woefully under cooked. When I sent it back it returned still raw. We won’t be back.

  I am writing to share some feedback regarding the exceptional service we received from Monique during our recent visit to Bristol. Monique was truly outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Throughout our time there, she was incredibly attentive and offered excellent suggestions that enhanced our visit. Her pleasant demeanor and sense of humor made the atmosphere very enjoyable, leaving us looking forward to returning soon. Jimmie P.

  I recently had a disappointing experience at brunch when I requested a slice of ham from the middle, rather than the dried-out slice that was presented. The server seemed unhappy with my request and slammed down the serving utensil. His demeanor was unwelcoming and he appeared frustrated. I attempted to diffuse the situation by expressing gratitude, but he did not respond. As a regular patron, I have found him to be somewhat friendly in the past, but his behavior on Sunday, June 21, 2026, was particularly concerning. It would be beneficial for him to receive guidance on providing excellent customer service, especially considering the current economic climate.

  Big thanks to Ryan (our server) he was very attentive and friendly, gave great menu suggestions. Food came out hot and quick, but not too quick! My boyfriend got the steak and shrimp with lobster mac and the asparagus. I got the swordfish with cauliflower au gratin and the carrots. The roasted carrots were delicious. I’ve seen other reviews about the carrots being nearly raw. But they’re roasted, not steamed, so they’re not going to be super soft. They were firm but cooked. Overall, delicious. I would recommend this to anyone for a date night or even just a speak dinner out.

  Treated myself here last week as a solo date and loved it. Rebecca made the experience wonderful!! Tried the 3 course meal, loved the lobster bisque- very creamy and flavorful. The carrot cake slice was huge and so delicious
