  It was our first time here and was great!! We had a fun time. Variety of food available for kids and adults, kids enjoyed the games a lot.

  We have gone to this location several times. The most annoying thing we encounter is the staff that takes the dirty plates My husband, food in hand, still eating, they want to take the plate. Please let the people finish the food before you try to take the plate. Relax, its one dirty plate.

  You well experience as racism and your kid will be harassed and the manager will do nothing about it. Do not go To this location. The food is also disgusting truthfully

  I booked a private room with decor in advance for a celebration, when we arrived the room wasn’t ready due to an oversight on the schedule. The staff quickly resolved the issue and had a room ready in less than 10 minutes for us. The food choice was good and there was frequently fresh food rotating out on the buffet. My kids enjoyed the arcades while we were there as well. A huge shout out to Sam, the manager, and Kyle, the kitchen manager. Their customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond to get a room set up for us quickly and to ensure everything was great the whole evening and even checked in a few times to see if anything was needed. We’ll be back just because of the customer service alone. We didn’t interact much with any other staff, but the brief interactions we did have were pleasant and professional.
