  I rarely pick up Krispy Kreme‘s because of this is the only location that is generally close to us and it’s because how many times they have screwed up my order and I normally place order for pick up the day before or even a few days before I need to pick it up in the past when I would go pick it up. They wouldn’t even have it ready and they would be assembling it when I walked up to the counter and told them who I was picking up for which to be honest I’m not super upset because you know they’re fresher then but I wanted to pick up some of their limited edition orange Dreamsicle glazed donuts so I placed an order for pick up two days ago because I wanted them for my birthday on Monday but when we went to pick them up, they looked at my dad like he was kind of crazy and didn’t have the order so I went into my emails to check and at 6:30 a.m. they had sent me an email saying they had canceled my order and they refunded me never told me why never told me anything. My guess is they didn’t have the donuts that we wanted but then why do you guys have a special saying pre-order these limited edition, orange Dreamsicle donuts if you pre-order them and you don’t get them

  Absolutely terrible. I live 45 minutes away and put in an online order earlier in the day to drive and pick up after work yesterday. They said they were open both through Google and their website. It charged my card and I drove out there for the building to say temporarily closed with no reasoning. I have tried to call multiple times as it still says they are open today as well. I now either have to drive out there to hope they are open since no once answers or call my bank and try to have the charged canceled. All of their information is wrong, they charge you without service and dont pick up their phone or keep things updated. I am still waiting for my money, donuts or even just for someone to pick up a phone.

  The doughnuts are delicious, service is poor and there are issues with having things stocked. We made an online order the day before, came in to pick up at the designated time, waited in line for 10 minutes because there is no seperate pickup counter, just to find out that half the doughnuts we selected the previous day they were out of. Nothing was set aside ahead of time for our order, so we were just out of luck and had to choose substitutes from what they had left. Seems like an unprofessional process when people are requesting and paying for certain items ahead of time. At least a heads up would've been nice to let us know that our order would have out of stock items.

  Shut down before 9pm when app says 10pm people standing around the area an gas station says lots of times they close before 7pm because they don't want to work very rude except one young boy his name was Ian tried to get the workers inside to sell them the massive amount of donuts sitting every were we drove 125 miles approx 3 hrs anthen tried mid rivers mall area closed down app said open then tried cottonville area same shut down KRISPY CREAM DONUTS needs to update there app an I'm calling corporate an asking for some response back an pay for the inconvenience on there part

  This business is a dang joke. I placed an online order for a custom 6 pack of doughnuts. My order was accepted immediately and the money was pulled out of my account. I paid $22 for it including delivery and etc just for me to not even receive my order even though they’re open. This place is disrespectful and needs to be shut down asap. I haven’t received a refund. I’ve been there one other time and there was clearly people inside and doughnuts in the case when we went through the drive through but we received no answer. THEY WERE OPEN!!! When no response I decided to try to go in. Nobody opened the doors for me. I knocked and knocked but nobody answered. This place is terrible and needs to go out of business!!! STILL NO REFUND!!!! Also they didn’t answer when I called.
