I know it’s still new (may 2026) line wasn’t terrible. Took about 30mins. Expansive menu for build your own. Lots of different “greens” options.
The main, or meat. Meat in this case. Had some good choices. Braised lamb was ok. A little skimpy I felt like. Im here for the mains and a little extra. Plenty of add ons, pickled onions, cucumbers, brown as dirt avocados etc.
Overall, food was ok. But honestly for almost $20 not at all worth it. The portions just weren’t there for me. And it’s one of those things the more you add, it becomes one dimensional.
Most likely won’t be going back. Just the price for how much food you get isn’t there for me.

Ms Rebecca had impeccable customer service. It was my first time coming and she was of great assistance. She didn’t know but it’s my bday so her extra kindness was greatly appreciated. The other employees all had smiles and were working extremely fast given the restaurant fully packed

Went in for Mother's Day lunch for my wife and made a mistake. Didn't realize my pickup order wasn't gonna be ready until 3PM. Management and staff were understanding with my mistake and helped me out. 10/10 would recommend for food and staff. Thank you so much to the employees who helped me make this a great Mother's Day for my wife.
I want to start with something positive—this isn’t my first time visiting Cava. I actually went to the grand opening of a location in Chicago, and it was an amazing experience. Ever since then, I make it a point to stop by whenever I’m in the area visiting family.
When I found out there was a location just five minutes from my home, I was really excited to try it.
Unfortunately, this visit didn’t live up to my expectations. The wait time was about 20–30 minutes, which I didn’t mind too much. The employee at the front was great—he greeted me warmly, asked how my day was going, and we had a nice quick conversation. That was definitely a highlight.
However, things started to go downhill as I moved down the line. When I asked for chicken, the portion was extremely small. I asked for a little more and was told there would be an upcharge, which I was fine with. But I was told about the upcharge multiple times, which started to feel unnecessary and a bit frustrating.
To make matters worse, my pita wasn’t prepared properly, Then at checkout, the staff repeatedly mentioned the upcharge for chicken again, even though it had already been addressed. It felt excessive especially considering I only received a very small amount of chicken, and some of it was lost due to the poorly folded pita.
On top of that, the lemonade tasted watered down—and this was at 11:30 in the morning.
Overall, this visit was disappointing. I’d rate it a 4/10, and I’m honestly not sure if I’ll return to this location again.

I looove CAVA. I first tried it in Texas and I try to get it every time I go. I was so happy when we got one in Cottleville, MO. My daughter and I wanted to go since the opening but the lines were out the door every time we went. We decided to place a pickup order once they opened at 11:00am and it wasn't ready until 2:30pm but it was soooo worth the wait. All the ingredients were fresh and the bowl was very filling. I got a bowl with salmon, super greens, brown rice, cucumber and tomatoes, avocado, lemon herb tahini, and a vinaigrette. I can't wait to go back. I forgot to take a picture.
