  Im not sure I would try Cava again. We ordered online around 8:18 and it said it would be ready by 8:43pm, no problem. Then we pull up, get a text stating its delayed. It is currently 9:05pm and we finally got our food, but that only because my husband just said to give him brown rice instead of white because there wasn't any still out. That means we would have been waiting longer. My pita was cold by the time I got it and my husband's bowl was mildy warm at best. They also did not put in the garlic sauce I asked for on the side. Once I put my pita in the microwave, it tasted decent. Maybe we just came on a bad night, but I don't know if its worth trying again.

  I had such a great experience with Andrina and the entire team working on 7/22/26 around 9 PM! I placed a large 10-bowl order, and Andrina was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She even answered the phone beforehand and took the time to listen while I explained my order in advance, which made the whole process so much easier. She was probably the nicest manager I have ever dealt with at Cava, and her kindness and willingness to help truly stood out. She and all of the employees working that evening were amazing at handling such a large order, and everyone was kind, professional, and efficient. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this location because of the wonderful staff!

  If you read the other one star reviews you will see this Cava doesnt have it together.. The workers were rude and looked at me like I have heads when I asked for more steak, they literally out 4 pieces 😑.. they were out of alot and got mad when I asked them for pita crisps a new tub was right behind them... The line wasnt an issue, the food was meh and ive had Cava before it was great this was just not good for 40$.. Hope they get it together because it was horrible

  The food was great but hit or miss and I wish I could say the same about the always rude staff, it’s just terrible. You wait 45min to an hour in line just to deal with rude antisocial personalities. These are the people you throw in the back away from the customers. I honestly dread going there because of it plus they sprinkle rice in the bowl and they are always out of everything else so by the time you’re done the bowl is half full and they charge full overcharge. when they first opened it was great it’s like where did those employees go were they just pilot employees? There is a guy there making the bowls I’m trying to figure out if something is wrong with him or if he just hates his job. He belongs in the back away from the customers either way he’s very off putting, he’s an Asian guy he doesn’t belong in the front if he can’t deal with people put people where they are best suited. I understand the owner probably doesn’t care because they are always busy and the place is obviously making money, but I don’t think I will go back for a while. I hope more locations in the area open soon so the wait isn’t so long and they actually have the options you wait an hour and get overcharged for.

  Talking about fresh food!! Everything tasted as if there was a garden out back. Crisp! The colors were beautiful! I didn't really know what to order. I went with a suggestion from my co worker. Ordered online. I was happy that I ordered online because the line was wrapped and wrapped again. Out the door and around the corner. But I also noticed that there were a lot orders for the "wraps" that looked to die for! I did not order any pita chips but man, those things looks so crisp and seasoned. So anyway, to the food. I was very impressed by the taste. It was like I knew each ingredient was there. Because it had its own flavor although everything was mixed together. I can't wait to try something else! It was worth the drive!
