  We were double charged for a drink that originally cost $5. Their card readers glitched charging us a total of $10. We were offered a free drink card to compensate for the poor service. Given no specific restrictions, we ordered a drink and there was still a balance of $4. They were not cultivating kindness and their service towards us was EXTREMELY disappointing.

  Love 7Brew. We come here multiple times a week. My last 2 visits were disappointing because pup cups are now put in lids and not the small cups. The lids are a disaster in the car. I get whip cream on my hands and seats. Please bring back the cups. 7Brew pup cups were the best, not so much anymore. I will go elsewhere to avoid that mess.

  Used to come to this location frequently, the past 3 visits it’s been extremely different than usual. I would drive out of my way passing other 7brews to come to this one. Today I came after work to get some coffee and after waiting behind one car for over 10 minutes while all employees where standing around said car talking & laughing, looking at me waiting in my car to get my order taken. Once the car drove away all employees went back inside so I just left. Very disappointed in the work ethic here.

  We have been sitting in the lines for a full 15 mins with cars getting out of line due to our line not moving. The workers are now coming up to windows asking people if they randomly ordered things which we did not order anything they have asked me about. This is the second time we have been through this location and probably our last time. Sorry Mid Riv

  The Cottleville stand is the best stand anywhere hands-down! I am a frequent flyer and have found that this team not only makes great coffee but is friendly and loves to chat when there’s a little bit of a delay. I’m not a big fan of heavy ice so I ask for a light ice and they always accommodate that request. And any other crazy request I make!I know their names they know my name and it’s always a great visit. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I look forward to my seven brew visit every single day! Do yourself a favor and visit this stand!
