All time favorite location and all-time favorite coffee spot! They hit whether it's a.m. or p.m. and weekends they are open late. The staff here is top tier elite! If you don't know what you want let them know.... they are super helpful and will help you figure out your new fave! Everything here is run extremely well, the staff is super helpful, most definitely knowledgeable and the stand is always kept nice and clean, decorated and interactive. I highly recommend this location anytime of day. The management definitely shines! I would also like to know that when there are specials at this location that they get the lines flowing through. I have visited a few other locations and of course they all do well but I have to commend them for keeping up. Thanks to the team at this location for always making sure my drink is exactly what I want every single day (German Chocolate DARK & SWEET AF😂) 🫶🏾🔥

It's infuriating to pull up to grab a few drinks, the line is short so you know you shouldn't be there long..only to have the girl handing out drinks spend a full five minutes chatting with every single car AFTER they get their drinks. Watching our drinks sit and start melting as she's chatting up the car in front of us. Today was the worst it's been but it happens almost every time I'm there. It's not really worth the time/money anymore.

Seven Brew in Cottleville is my go-to stand! They’re usually super fast, but today they must have been a little short-staffed because it took a bit longer than usual. Luckily, it was a leisurely Sunday morning for me, so I wasn’t complaining. Sometimes you just have to enjoy the slower pace! One of the things I love about Seven Brew is that there’s truly something for everyone. Coffee, chai, energy drinks, smoothies, milkshakes—you name it, and someone in your family can probably find something they’ll enjoy. And the drinks are always tasty! The staff is another reason I keep coming back. They’re always super friendly, and they usually remember you if you’re a regular. They also love when I bring my dogs through the drive-thru, which always makes the experience even more fun. I really like this particular location because there’s plenty of space for the drive-thru line to get long without completely taking over the parking lot. Some other Seven Brew locations can feel really small and compact, but that’s not an issue here. There’s usually music playing, fun polls on the board, and just an overall upbeat atmosphere. Honestly, if I were a teenager, this is exactly the kind of place I would have wanted to work. It seems like there’s a fun, positive working environment while still providing great customer service. Great atmosphere, delicious drinks, and friendly service—what more could you ask for?

I ordered a large iced Cookie Butter latte, extra sweet with light ice, but I was given a drink with oat milk and was told that I had ordered an iced latte with oat milk. I checked my order afterward, and my order does not show oat milk. I’m very disappointed because I ordered something specific and expected to receive exactly what I ordered. Please make sure orders are checked carefully before being handed to customers.
