  Nifong location today was absolutely disgusting. Idk who is managing that place today but they need to be fired along with the employees whom have no customers and instead of cleaning anything their all just chillin and talking like their at their house all the sodas on both machines were out of syrup or w.e and tasted flat b.c they are too lazy to change them. Trash everywhere sticky soda all over the cou ters food on tables and worthless staff. I eat tacobell every week and this is just nasty. I will n3ver go back to NIFONG location. NASTY NASTY NASTY

  Avoid this location. Employees do not respond to the drive thru intercom. You can wait for 5 mins and its silence. There's other places to go on the southside.

  If you aren’t going to sell breakfast. Remove the word breakfast from the Taco Bell sign. False advertisement is lame

  I was picking up a mobile order and a DoorDash this teenager that was tall with dark brown hair that works the late night shift literally helped everyone besides me. I stood there for over 20 minutes just waiting and then after he finally made my food because the lead said something to him three times he set my food down on the counter where I couldn't reach it on the other side of the register. Worst customer service and experience I've encountered in years. Don't go here nobody respects theirselves, this establishment and they definitely don't respect the customers. If I could grade this a zero I would The only reason I got two stars is because of the the late night lead who was respectful and professional but the two young adults or teenagers that were working in the line could care less about anybody besides theirselves
