  Nice staff but understaffed for a rush. Waited around 30 minutes for two items.

  The most incompetent Taco Bell I’ve been to. Placed order through the app. Go to drive thru, they pull the order up on the screen, proceed to tell us they don’t have it even though they are displaying it. Wait in line, ordered 3 Boxes and a couple various items. Get our drinks and they hand us a bag, not our food, hand it back (which they took bag after I dug through it, later discovered they aren’t supposed to do that. I didn’t want to keep it, but gross to know they likely handed that bag to the next customer). Hand us another bag and one box. We tell them we have three boxes, “everything is in the bag.” Nope. Multiple items missing. At least three people asked us the name on our order. One item wasn’t made correctly. At this point they tried to act annoyed with us for not moving. Then tried to act appalled that we had an item made wrong and insinuated we didn’t order it that way…showed them the order on the app. A man basically threw a new bag at us with the correctly made item in it. As we drove away, I pulled it out and it had no toppings because they through the entire chalupa upside down in the bag without wrapping it so all the toppings were at the bottom of the bag. We did try to give the wrong item back before pulling away and he got annoyed with us saying we had to keep it. I’m just trying to figure out why they were annoyed with us when they were the ones that messed up the order.

  What can I say. Everyone knows taco bell. This location has always provided a satisfactory experience for myself and my family. Can only think of one time my order was incorrect. However after calling and letting them know, the manager on duty took my name and phone number. Let me know how sorry they were for any inconvenience and then asked if I would like replacement food coupons or to come back in a get my correct order at a later date. I went with the second option. The manager on duty put my name in a journal along with my correct order and on my next visit they made things right for me. I was also given free dessert and free soft drinks. As well as 2 coupons for a free taco or bean burrito on my next visit.
