I called to get a copy of an itemized receipt from an order placed with a corporate card. The employees were very rude over the phone and impatient because I kept calling back for their manager. None of them knew how to look up a receipt in their system. I can understand and appreciate if this was one person but the entire staff was unaware of how to look up this information and treated me like a newsence becauase I needed a copy of a receipt for my corporate expense report. I left my information and no one ever returned my call. All this trouble over some burned pizza we didn't even complain about. We did not ask them to remake it or give us a discount. Pretty unimpressed.

Went here after living in Columbia for five years. Waited a long time to be seated. Waited a long time to get drink and food orders. 30 minutes after ordering, our waitress came back to ask what we’d ordered. Waited a long time to get food. Appetizers came at the same time as food. My kids’ Sprite was out of syrup. Pizza was good but other food was meh. Server seemed genuinely disinterested in helping. Just not a good experience and I’m glad to have tried it, at least.

Great place for sports with good pizza and beer. Good casual atmosphere. Dozens of large screen TV's everywhere plus 3 super large screen. And stays open late. The pizza is definitely good - I prefer it over Shakespear's. Cheese cake is made fresh and quite good too. The staff are always friendly and smiling. Sometimes a bit of a wait to get served. Not too bad though. Shout out to Ella!! She rocks. Too bad she's doesn't work more shifts. Our group would definitely go in more if she did. She took good care of us.

Food was excellent, prices are good, and the atmosphere was great. Kate, our server, was outstanding.
