  We ordered and waited for 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged us again. We ordered a second time and waited another 10 minutes and nothing. Several people left without getting their food while we were there.

  Waited 50 minutes for my food. Checked in with them at 25 minutes. At 40 minutes, an employee walked out and asked us if we’d ordered yet. Brought it out 10ish minutes later, and with the wrong drink 🤠

  Terrible wait times. I come here often to get a drink. Often times have to wait 10 plus minutes When I do a mobile order for the drink. Today I waited 35 mins for the drinks. Evening and night crew is much more organized than morning or early afternoon.

  Drive anywhere else to get your Sonic fix. Horrible (I.e. lack of) service all around. Waited and waited to have order taken, and it was like a ghost town—zero servers going in or out. Left without even ordering.

  8/29/26 from 7:00pm-8:00pm Placed an online order, waited 45 minutes and was brought out 2 shakes completely melted and food completely cold. It sat on the counter in there for 45 minutes until they decided to bring it out. There was only 1 other car there. Horrible service, app won’t let you cancel the order nor revoke a prepaid tip. Completely wasted my money on food unsafe to eat now
