  I was craving a smash burger so I decided to try Sonic’s Smash burger but they look EXACTLY like their regular burgers. The tomato was yellow and the bacon was burnt. Oh well! I will get one somewhere else next time. The cheddar poppers are good though

  I think maybe the carhops making the “root beer float” need to learn how to make floats. My float was blended together and looked like a glass of milk. I would attach a photo but as soon as the carhop handed it to me and I went to sit it down it exploded. She was already walking back into the building and I just threw it away and tried to clean it up. I’ll have to get my vehicle detailed to get the dairy smell out of the carpet now. I’ve never seen a “root beer float” that was blended into milk like that. App also has its own issues but that’s not on the store. Pretty frustrating they watched me deal with their mistake and didnt even offer to help or ask what happened. Food wasn’t bad. Writing this review just so they can be taught how to correctly make a float. My normal carhop is incredible. This one, not so much.

  Gave them another shot after a few years. Total disappointment. Waste of hard earned money. And the management couldn’t care less. Will never return!

  Just stopped by with my daughter and the customer service we received from LaShya (spelling) was phenomenal. She was so polite and patient. We ate our food there and it was the freshest food I’ve ever had at sonic. I was told Vontae (spelling) was the cook. Keep doing great things, both of you!!!
