  Ordered online. Arrived and waited over 45 minutes for 2 sundae. Paged them twice,never followed back up or to confirm even my name on the order. After running out of patience and having numerous other customers to receive their orders after I had already been there I just left. Will not be returning.

  “Out of ice cream” after waiting over 30 minutes in a stall. Came out with my mozzarella sticks and instead of marinara, they gave me BBQ. This place is a joke

  Waited for over 10 minutes and employees just stared at us then hid. We sat at the Kiosks and they ignored the speaker, then we went to the drive through and both the employees hid!

  Employees here need hygiene training. The drive through window employee was covered in something crusty with long, grimey nails. I wont be coming back here, it took 25 minutes to get 2 drinks and the employee who handed them to us was visibly dirty - we didnt even get straws or our recipt. We didnt consume the beverages we were so disgusted.

  It took 37 minutes to get a slushy in the drive thru... nobody else in drive thru... and I ordered a head. Dont ever order a head and get stuck paying without your food
