  I placed a mobile order, got over to the location, waited until they brought out my order only for half of it not to be there. I tell the girl who brought it out and she gave me a little bit of attitude then said she would check on it. Proceeded to wait 10-15 more minutes for her bring out our already half melted shake and blast only for them to be completely wrong. Very unsatisfied and disappointed.

  I really can't stand how location will hit the "your food is on the way" button make it appear they are doing their job and fast but its a lie. You can still wait up to 10 min after. Today I ordered mozz sticks and ice then the rude lady said "what else"? I said and ice please she said "I HEARD YOU" then you repeat what i ordered and then ask is there anything else? The key word here....anything not what else. Ghetto, trashy location.

  Never have had an issue here until now, unfortunately the other day I ordered some milkshakes on the app. Waited about 15 mins and they came out and told me that their ice cream machine had broken an hour ago and they hadn't marked those items as unavailable yet. They then told us we could get a refund on the app. (But gave no instruction on how) So the next day I spent about 30 mins trying to figure out how to do that before giving up and calling the store. Someone answered, told them my issue and then put me on hold for 20 mins before I finally just hung up. The only redeeming factor of this situation is that after reaching out on the website to their customer support they issued the refund within 24 hours.

  this place is a joke. I waited an hour and a half for a large mozzarella stick And two drinks By the time I got my drinks it was melted and they tasted not good. I asked the worker to bring me a Marinara sauce He just never did and I waited For another 30 minutes. Don't come eat here:)

  Ordered about 4:30p.m. and it took over 5 minutes for them to even answer the call button. I have worked fast food before so I know it can get busy but that was ridiculous. Most of the order was perfect as ordered except I ordered a large strawberry/banana shake and the carhop didn’t bring it with the rest of the order. I had to get back on the road with a 2 hour drive ahead and when I finally got a chance to taste the shake it looked like it had strawberry in it but there was no strawberry or banana flavor that anyone in the car could taste. This is my go to drink every time I visit and was very disappointed.
