  I honestly don't know what is going on at this establishment. Ordered 2 for $ pizzas. The person forgot my 2nd pizza. I said that was fine and they noted a free pizza for next time (not really free since I paid for it). The next time I ordered online I went in and mentioned they noted the free pizza and but said said I would need to call the store directly for the free pizza. I did this the next time and when I arrived they said they had no record of that. Besides cheating me out of a pizza, it is a very weird vibe - a women runs the show and maybe her sister/friend helps? They hang out in the parking lot on smoke breaks and sometimes have a scribbled paper on the drive-thru window stating they only accept cash. I don't know who owns the store but I would be checking up on it.

  I used to be a huge pizza hut fan but this location has frequently had my order wrong or its just tasted bad. Today I decided to give it a try after over a year of not ordering from here and I should have known better. I was just really craving cheese sticks and had a moment of weakness. Unfortunately, not only did I not receive my cheese sticks but my pizza had a hair that definitely didn’t belong to me (entirely different hair color from me). I tried to call the store 5 different times and it would ring through before getting that call failed sound. I ended up having to go through the company customer service chat and all I know is that I’ll hear from them in 3 days and I have no clue what the resolution will be. So now I’m out money and don’t have dinner (especially not my cheese sticks :( ). This has solidified that I will no longer be ordering pizza from this location and I would never recommend this location to others. Now if I want pizza hut cheese sticks, I’m going to have to hold out until I’m out of town and thats so silly that I would have to do that. I really wish this location would fix whatever is going on there or at least answer their phones.

  Clint was late! Give me my tip back, and delivery fee. Then your company want customers to tip for trash service. I haven't eaten Pizza Hut since the early 90's, now I see why. Gave it a try, never again! Trash!

  I’ve ordered carry out and delivery multiple times from this location. When going inside, took 10 minutes to get greeted and asked about my food and another 5 or 10 to actually get it. When ordering, it took an extra 30 minutes to arrive (total of 1 hour to receive). The service is slow and the customer atmosphere sucks. The food is fine, it’s pizza hutt so if you’ve had it before it’s the same.

  It’s 8 o’clock marquee is off parking lot is dark dining room and all the chairs flipped up. Not to mention as you could see through the sneeze guard your favourite pizza artist gloveless putting pepperonis , cheese , etc. on pizzas hitting light switches cross-contamination nightmare. Yummy
