Like, I get if someone orders chicken wings, because this isn't wing hut, but I expect pizza hut to be able to make an edible cheese pizza. I don't really blame the workers. Sure seems like the corporate overlords are trying their best to sacrifice product and customer service to enrich themselves.

Picked up, got home, no fluffy golden brown crust and dingy floral covered crust and barely any ham with entirely too much cheese and no sauce. Guy tried to argue with me. We order from here almost weekly, and always pay extra for the yummy crust. Just asked for a refund since I didnt want thw wrong crust again. Very disappointed.

The last three times I’ve ordered here it’s been nothing but an absolute nightmare. The crew is completely incompetent. Zero customer service skills, zero time management skills, and zero understanding of how to work the drive thru or the counter. Please, if you own this Pizza Hut, please go take control of your business.
