  I don't know what's going on with Papa John's these days but their Pizza has gone to crap. It seems everything's turn to thin crust. In the last year I have yet to get a hand tossed Pizza that has dough that's risen. I'm guessing that means business is slow and product is sitting. Thank God they just built a Marcos pizza here. I guess it's an extra 10 minute drive from here on out

  This is the worst papa John’s to order pizza in Columbia especially when night shift is working. I ordered a pizza but instead of marinara they cover my pizza in buffalo sauce, tell me how in the world do you confuse buffalo sauce for marinara? Then half the time they don’t even show up and i understand if the dasher never picks it up and the store closes but at least give a call so im not waiting around for a pizza that’s never coming, then if your food gets canceled/refunded they tell you wait 2-3 days for it to come back then they’ll forget and never actually refunds you your money, So the next time I order I decide to pay cash instead, I ordered just a simple pepperoni pizza, hard to mess up right? Well you thought wrong they sent me just a straight up cheese pizza that was cut up weird like the slices were either super small or obnoxiously big and since I paid cash they told me I can pick up a new pizza the next day but it defeats the whole purpose of me paying a delivery fee and ruined my dinner for the night, the night shift workers at this papa John’s either completely don’t know what their doing or are just really lazy at their job, either way I’m fed up with it and I just give up waisting money on food I didn’t ask for or waisting money on food I never even received in the first place, then half the time the food is cold and I have to reheat it in the oven, like I this point I might as well have just bought a frozen pizza, I understand that people are human and mistakes happen but at some point it just boils down to using your common since, hopefully something changes soon because I really like papa John’s but I highly doubt it will ever get better at this location

  This Papa John's single-handedly ruined my 6-year-old's birthday. We placed an order for delivery shortly after the store opened at 10 a.m., asking for the food to be delivered around 11:45 a.m. After 1 p.m., the food was still nowhere to be found. We called the store multiple times. Apparently, this location is not able to employ delivery drivers, so they contract through DoorDash. If you need to have your food delivered by a certain time, do not order from this business.

  I tried to call Domino's pizza for delivery but they never answered their phone. So i call Papa John's what a right choice that was, delivery driver was nice and it didn't take long to set up your order on the phone. I recommend Papa John's to everybody.

  Ordered online and waited 30 minutes for my app to say ready. Walked in and worker said they were closed and laughed about it right after. Thought it was strange but decided to just get the pizza and leave. When I told them my order they told me they hadn’t even started it and I’d have to wait for them to make it. I didn’t mind waiting but the worker asked me if I was Mexican without any context behind it just straight asked the question. I didn’t know my race had anything to do with waiting for a pizza. Horrible service, racist workers.
