Panera pizza is here! Unbox the new flatbread pizzas in three varieties: margherita, chipotle chicken & bacon, and cheese. Pick it up, have it delivered, or grab it through the drive through for lunch or dinner.
The food is consistent. The staff didn't seem excited to be there, and the food came out slowly. The floors were sticky, but the tables were clean.

Let me tell you what $16.44 gets you at Panera in 2026 — because apparently it gets you science.
The sandwich was slapped together like nobody cared: torn bread, one piece of cheese barely hanging on, and all the tomatoes stacked up on one side like they were hiding from the rest of the ingredients. And instead of a baguette? They just threw some loose bread slices in the bag. No explanation, no substitute offer. Just bread. In a bag.
But the real star of this disaster is the chicken. I need someone to explain to me what I am looking at, because that is not chicken as I have known it in my 40 years on this earth. It has the texture of something that was blended, molded, and printed. It looks like a lab meat.
$16.44. Fifteen minute wait. This is the result. Crazy work, Panera. Genuinely crazy work.

We walked in to get some food. We stopped at the Kiosk but then stood and looked at the big menu board.
There were two staff behind the counter. One young male and one young female. Another girl wearing a pink shirt walked by us and the young male asked her, “where do you think you’re going”
She replied, “going to take a break.”
I turned to look at her and she was giving him the finger and then walked out the door.
We finished ordering our food at the kiosk. Neither one of these two people behind the counter said hello when we came in.
It might be a good idea to train your staff to speak to people. They could’ve said hey guys welcome in. Let us know if you have any questions about the menu.
I went around to the counter where we pick up food and the young man with long red hair who is usually in the kitchen greeted me. I asked him if I could grab a couple of water cups and he said yes, no problem.
We went to get our water and then we sat over in the area by the windows.
All of the tables had crumbs on them I just about went back up to the front to ask for a rag so I could wipe them down.
We took a napkin wiped down the table that we decided to sit at.
The food came and as always, it was amazing.
As we were sitting there, the girl in the pink shirt came walking towards us, the young man who had said something to her before asked her another question. I didn’t quite hear what she said, and she turned around and she gave him the finger again.
She then punched the code to get into the bathroom.
I have no idea if she is actually an employee. My guess is that she works in the back maybe she does dishes or maybe she’s a cook, because she was not wearing a Panera shirt.
This was on Friday June 26 at around 5:45pm.
You can’t really tell from some of these pictures, but I took photos of the carpet where they were crumbs and the tables where they were crumbs. It really needed to be cleaned. You can also see from one of the pictures that there was hardly any people there so there was plenty of time for the counters to be wiped down tables to be cleaned, and the floor to be vacuumed.
I will probably come back again because the food is really good, but the customer service was below average.
It is entirely possible. This young woman does not work there or that’s just how she is normally but it’s not a good look.

i don’t usually post reviews that aren’t either atrocious OR stellar. but this was kinda disappointing. Workers joking very loudly abt one employee behind their back. Sandwich was very soggy on the bottom and dripping in water/juices from something. And I had to ask for missing ingredients on my meal bc they forgot. I don’t mind long waits during rush hours. But the LOUD backroom talk was awkward. And I waited a really long time for a lunch that was a bit disappointing.

Ordered a chicken noodle soup bread bowl and Mac n cheese bread bowl only to get no bread bowls just extra bread and the serving of Mac n cheese was extremely small for the price. Chicken noodle soup didn’t even have noodles or chicken in it. For the price it cost the food was not worth it. Oh, and my bowl was dirty. I will not be returning.
