- WBWarren BeemApr 30, 20265.0This is a good Panera and the coffee is always hot and I love the dark roast. I am also a member of the sip club so I frequent several Paneras throughout the country. What made this place so special is a gentleman by the name of Xavier (I think that’s right) and he offered some of the best Customer Service I’ve seen at any. Hard to tell with just one visit, but he definitely looks like somebody that should be moving into management.
