  Go anywhere else please. Went to the drive thru, waited 30 minutes only to be told to pull up to a parking spot and that “it will be done soon” waited another 20 minutes. Didn’t realize they got the eggs from a farm in Boonville. Also the Avo and egg white sandwich comes with one sloppy piece of avocado. Please, for the love or everything holy, go somewhere else. Thanks for being here for my rant.

  Every time I come to this restaurant, I wait 20 to 30 minutes in line. The people that work, the drive-through are not friendly. I definitely would not recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy. They skimp on the chicken they never have anything in stock. They’re always out of this or out of that. It’s an embarrassment to Panera upper management should definitely get involved in figure out what’s going on.

  This was my first and only visit to this Panera in Columbia. Ordered dine-in and order took 30 min even though the drive thru and lobby were slow. Couldn’t find a clean table to eat at. Men’s restroom was extremely dirty, and no accessible toilet paper. Witnessed 4 employees talking and trying to take trash out from one container, acting like they were a forensics team that just got called for a crime scene. Employee gave attitude when we asked for simple condiments.

  Ordered pickup and supposed to be ready at 6pm and it is now 6:23 and no food ready!!We have a sick child in the car. We will never go to your store again. Unexceptional! I should get my money back.
