I'm currently doing a door dash order as I currently type this review, we just saw an employee leave the building went across the street to the liquor store and came back inside the building when the drive thru line is pack into the main road. Then on top of that after waiting for over 30 mins of wasted gas just to be told that they are shutting down for the night because their system is broken. This is just one of the many bad incidents I have in door dashing here. Something seriously needs to be done about this.

Might wanna change your hours or turn off mobile ordering, I just drove 20 minutes out of my way to this McDonald’s since I’m a night shift worker and it was one of only a couple options open at this time of night.

My order was completely wrong, I did NOT get my shake, I had to wait in drive thru for a freaking HOUR and this was after making a ONLINE ORDER. The crew was rude and disrespectful and when we contacted the store we were told some bull crap!! I am like anyone else and love my McDonald's but when I can place a online order, get there and sit on drive thru for a hour, deal with rude employees, and have my order completely screwed up and missing things and then when I wanted it corrected, I get some girl talking out the side of her neck at me?? HECK NO!!!!
