    Zachariah STRIKES again! I've seen more chicken on a salad and more bacon in a vegetarian cookbook. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich for my co-worker, but apparently both ingredients were on a strict budget. The real surprise came when I brought it to the manager's attention. Instead of apologizing ,I was basically told I was lying. That's a bold customer service strategy—accuse the customer of lying. Upon calling I was told he would replace it, and I would need to send the old sandwich back (which is weird anyways). I did only send half of a sandwich back because my co-worker had taken a bite and noticed there was no meat, but as you can see in the pics, the half that I sent back was the half with the 1 slice of bacon (no chicken, that was on the other half). He proceeds to leave me a voicemail calling me a liar and asking that I call back and pay for the sandwich that their, clearly intoxicated under some kind of substance driver, brought me. I have attached the pictures as you can see there’s a nice chunk of chicken on the far right, and 1 slice of bacon on the left side. He says his 8 employees all looked at the half that was sent back and it had the right amount of chicken and bacon. If your business model is "hold the meat, add the attitude," you're doing great. If you want repeat customers, maybe try putting the advertised amount of food on the sandwich and treating people with a little respect when something goes wrong. No, I won’t be paying for the 2nd sandwich because it was barely any better!! I won't be back which is sad because my workplace frequents this shop often.

    Typical Freaky Fast service. They never get my order wrong. Staff is always professional, kind, and nice. Their food always tastes fresh. The vegetables are never sub par, they always look like they were freshly picked, washed, and sliced. The drive through always moves quickly, you never have to wait long. Comparable pricing to other sandwich shops in town. When given the option to choose a sandwich shop to eat at, I always choose Jimmy John's. Will continue to eat here. Definitely worth signing up for their rewards program.

    Shout out to the Rain Forest Parkway store… great crew last night.. since I had a “senior moment” and ordered from the wrong store they canceled my wrong order for me and remade it at the RFP location, saving me a trip back downtown... excellent service from this guy and gal!! Thanks so much. ♥️
