  It's fairly clean. Most of the employees are nice but the one lady working at the register is very rude. They don't listen. We ordered 3 sandwiches and they didn't even give us a bag. Don't order the tuna. It's extremely bland. The business right next door brings a lot of shady characters that smoke marijuana right outside. Which I realize isn't Jimmy John's fault. This Particular location used to be a lot better.

  After 4pm there's no delivery driver from their app. It's unfortunate because no one contacts you to let you know anything. You just wait and wait and wait. This is extremely poor customer service.

  The manager, Zachariah, was extremely rude to me on the phone after I called about my order missing an entire sandwich. He was belligerent with me and hung up after saying that they could not refund the sandwich to the original payment. He said I could get credit, but I would have to order over the phone or in person, not online. I order lunch from this location online once a week, and every few months, we get it delivered for staff meetings at my work. I called back and asked him for the regional manager's number. He lied to me and said it would be online. Needless to say, I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK to this location and will be calling neighboring stores to find the regional manger's number and file a formal complaint. If you want a sandwich that is freaky fast as advertised to do not order from this location.

  Ordered 2 cold sub took 14 minutes to get in the drive thru so much for freakie fast.
