    Manager made my order completely wrong. I didn't notice until I got home 30 miles away. Manager wanted me to bring my food all the way back there to replace it instead of just giving me the right order next time i come. I wasn't going to drive 60 miles round trip when i just got back from there. No customer service skills at all. I have been going there every day for months. They lost my business. I wont be going back.

    Apparently we have to check our sandwiches to make sure there is actual meat on them. This is what we paid $9 for. Usually they forget the cheese or mess up chips, but today was half a piece of turkey. 🤦🏻‍♀️

    First Time Here… the food was great BUT THE CASHIER WAS RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. The music inside was quite loud but tolerable. I hope Jimmy John’s Management resolves her attitude soon.

    DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY- I don’t know what happened to Jimmy John’s but it is no longer my go to sub shop. The guy at the window was rude and absolutely confused when I asked for only chicken and cheddar cheese. He said no- we can’t do that. Though I got it for my nephew just last week- at this location. Paying $12.50 for a sandwich that has 2 ingredients is absolutely insane. He opens the sub that shouldn’t be toasted and was toasted- and alas WITHOUT CHEESE!!!! That I paid extra for. Then I open my sub and what says no cucumbers on the receipt came with only cucumbers and no tomatoes. And some weird black streak through the turkey and avocado on the outside. My daughter’s sub had tuna all over the outside. This was absolute slop. How hard is it to make what people ordered in a way that you actually care??? Like they used to??? I will never go back. What a waste of $50 bucks.
