- JWJonathan WorleyMay 8, 20261.0Extremely limited donut selection for a donut shop! Not going back. It's like the employees cant even speak English, I felt like I was talking to a wall or something. Decided to get a donut (I didn't even want) and it was junk. Dry, flavorless.

- JCJenna CanfieldFeb 11, 20261.0I was reminded today of why I stopped going there. Since ownership changed, service is pathetic. It wasnt busy and I ordered a simple iced coffee with flavoring. And they couldnt get it right. The sticker tells you what to add, its not difficult. And they are so unfriendly.
- OPOliver ParsonsDec 2, 20251.0I waited quite literally 30 minutes at the counter and made I contact with the worker multiple as she countinuely ignored me to the point my girlfriend had to go on the app order there to which we waited again for 20 more minutes while they ignored the order and eventually let it sit in the freezer, after being completely finished, while we were waiting. To top it all off I come outside to my car being completely boxed in by a semi truck leading to me having to wait 30 more minutes for it to unload it's supplies and move out of my way. This has far and away been my worst fast food experience I have ever had. I would have had better service if a blind, deaf, and mute infant were the one behind the counter. This has truly enlightened me to see the vast decline in service quality and I am severely disappointed to say the least. If I could give this less than one star, TRUST ME, I would.
